The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in luxury dining, with the ability to train and develop staff, manage restaurant profitability, and enhance guest satisfaction. They will also work closely with chefs, mixologists, and the broader F&B team to create a memorable dining experience that aligns with the resort’s upscale brand.

The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing service operations, staffing, and financial performance of the restaurant. This includes menu planning, guest relations, staff development, and service quality control.
 

They will ensure that the restaurant meets and exceeds guest expectations, with a focus on personalized service and attention to detail. Additionally, they will drive sales, manage promotions, oversee inventory, and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications/Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in high-end restaurant management, preferably within a luxury resort or fine dining environment.

  • Proven ability to lead, train, and develop a strong restaurant team.

  • Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, cost control, and revenue management.

  • Deep knowledge of hospitality trends, fine dining service, and guest engagement strategies.
     

Salary $43k - $46k
