GH Executive is looking for a Restaurant General Manager who will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house management. They will lead recruitment, training, and development of a service-driven team, ensuring the restaurant meets the highest standards of service and hospitality.

They will also manage financial performance, cost control, supplier relationships, and marketing strategies, ensuring the restaurant operates at peak efficiency while maintaining an exceptional guest experience. A key focus will be on developing menus, service protocols, and operational procedures, ensuring that every element aligns with the restaurant’s brand vision.

This is a hands-on leadership role, requiring a proactive manager who is comfortable overseeing everything from guest relations to staff performance, financial reporting, and supplier negotiations. The successful candidate will drive guest engagement, staff motivation, and brand development, ensuring the restaurant achieves both operational success and an outstanding reputation.

Qualifications/Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience as a General Manager in a high-end standalone restaurant.

  • Proven experience in pre-opening restaurant operations with a strong understanding of financial management and operational efficiency.

  • Knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine, seafood, and high-end casual dining trends preferred.

  • Caribbean experience preferred
     

Salary Negotiable + Housing + Bonus
