Reservations & Leisure Sales Manager

GH Executive is seeking a Reservations and Sales Manager that will take the lead in driving villa and suite bookings by engaging with both new and returning guests in a luxury Caribbean setting. The role involves actively managing reservations inquiries through various channels such as phone, email, and website, ensuring timely and professional responses within 24 hours. A critical part of the position includes fostering guest loyalty by reconnecting with past visitors and managing reservations while collaborating with villa owners to respect their preferences. The manager will maintain meticulous records using Opera, ensuring all leads are followed up on and effectively coordinating guest arrival and departure details with the Guest Services team.

The role demands a strong focus on developing and maintaining relationships with travel agents, tour operators, OTAs, and GDS partners to promote new bookings. The manager will ensure trade partners are kept up to date on villa availability, policy changes, and seasonal promotions while handling annual contract renewals and identifying opportunities for new agreements. Working closely with the events team, tourist board, and marketing department, the Reservations and Sales Manager will help attract group bookings and create compelling pricing strategies and seasonal offers to remain competitive in the market.

The successful candidate will also oversee the leisure sales program, attending roadshows and hosting site inspections to showcase the property’s unique features. By using strategic selling techniques, the manager will maximize opportunities for upselling and meeting sales targets. Candidates should have direct experience in reservations and rental sales within the luxury market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage with clients and partners at all levels. A business, hospitality, or related degree is preferred, and the candidate must have a US Visa or the ability to travel for trade shows. Qualifications/Experience:

2+ years experience in management experience in leisure sales or reservations, preferably within a luxury property.

Must possess a valid driver’s license and meet any training/licensing requirements as specified.

Business, Humanities or Hospitality Degree

US Visa or the ability to travel to the US for road shows
