GH Executive is looking for a Recreation Manager to oversee the resort’s fitness, beach, pool, and wellness facilities, ensuring an exceptional guest experience. Reporting to the Director of Spa, this role will manage the Beach Attendants, Gym Attendants, Recreation Supervisors, and Tennis Professionals, ensuring that all recreational activities and amenities operate smoothly.

The Recreation Manager will be responsible for leading daily operations, managing staff, and maintaining high service standards across the resort’s recreational areas. They will ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of wellness facilities, coordinate guest activities, oversee staffing levels, and lead training and development initiatives for the team. Additionally, they will manage scheduling, payroll, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while creating a positive and engaging atmosphere for both guests and employees.

This role requires a highly organized and service-oriented professional who can drive revenue through strategic planning, implement engaging recreational programs, and oversee guest engagement for private and group activities. The successful candidate will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to promote resort activities and maximize participation.

Qualifications/Experience:

5+ years of experience managing recreation and fitness programs in a luxury resort or hospitality environment.

Proven leadership skills in managing sports, wellness, and recreational activities with a focus on guest engagement.

Strong financial and operational skills to manage budgets, staffing, and event planning.

Excellent communication and customer service abilities to ensure guest satisfaction and staff motivation.
