At GH Executive, an exceptional opportunity working within the Real Estate team, the Real Estate Sales Manager will play a critical role in driving real estate sales while supporting the team in achieving their annual sales goals. This position requires a highly organised, driven, and ambitious professional with experience in selling lots and spec homes. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Director of Real Estate, utilising guest research and pre-arrival information to generate purchase interest. This role is hands-on and involves hosting prospective villa owners, coordinating events such as open houses, and managing sales inquiries. Additionally, the candidate will act as a positive ambassador for the company by building awareness of the properties through proactive outreach and organising social events. The ability to independently manage relationships with brokers, identify new sales opportunities, and lead the team when needed is essential.

Details
The candidate will be responsible for maintaining up-to-date sales collateral, accurate records of communication, and ensuring that all leads are properly nurtured. They will also work with the Director of Real Estate to define the annual sales strategy and ensure the successful execution of key initiatives. In the absence of the Director, the Real Estate Sales Manager will oversee team schedules and task assignments to maintain smooth operations. Attending networking events, both internally and externally, to enhance visibility and foster partnerships will also be a key aspect of this role.

A self-starter with a "sales maker" mentality rather than an "order taker," the individual will possess high emotional intelligence and the ability to quickly establish rapport with potential buyers. Qualifications/Experience:

3+ years experience in Sales Management, preferably within Real Estate or Branded Residences, with a proven track record in selling lots and spec homes.

Impeccable verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with high-net-worth individuals.

Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is preferable.

Caribbean Experience preferred
Salary $80k + Flights + Housing + Commission
