The ideal candidate will be technically proficient, possess strong leadership and communication skills, and have a deep understanding of modern villa systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and smart home technology.

The Property Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all villas meet the highest standards of maintenance and guest readiness. This includes managing internal teams across housekeeping, maintenance, and IT, as well as overseeing third-party vendors for essential services such as landscaping, pool servicing, and HVAC maintenance. A key part of this role involves acting as the primary contact for villa owners, handling regular communication, maintenance approvals, and property updates.

Additionally, this position involves financial oversight, including budget management, expense tracking, vendor contract negotiations, and financial reporting. The Property Manager will be expected to enforce company policies, ensure compliance with legal documentation, and mitigate potential risks. Given the Caribbean location, the role also includes hurricane preparedness planning and post-storm property inspections.

Qualifications/Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).

Proven experience in property management, construction, or maintenance, ideally within a luxury villa or hospitality setting.

Technical expertise in managing building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) and smart home technologies.

Excellent leadership, organizational, and customer service skills, with experience communicating with high-net-worth individuals (HNWI).
