GH Executive are seeking an exceptional and highly experienced Executive Chef to lead the culinary operations at a luxury all-inclusive resort in the Caribbean. This role requires a dynamic and innovative chef with a fine dining background, strong cost-control expertise, and a deep understanding of luxury resort operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in high-end, 5-star resorts, with a focus on Mediterranean-style cuisine, premium seafood, and Caribbean flavors. Candidates with Caribbean experience and fluency in Creole will be given priority.

The Executive Chef will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing kitchen team while ensuring the consistent execution of high-quality dishes across all food and beverage outlets. Creativity and innovation will be essential in curating menus that elevate the guest dining experience, incorporating locally sourced ingredients and seasonal offerings. Strong financial acumen is crucial, as the role will involve budget management, cost control, and waste reduction initiatives to maintain profitability without compromising quality.
 

Collaboration with other departments will be key to ensuring a seamless guest experience, requiring excellent communication skills and a strong ability to work in a fast-paced, luxury hospitality environment. The Executive Chef will be expected to uphold the highest hygiene and food safety standards, ensuring compliance with international regulations. Additionally, they will play a key role in recruiting, training, and mentoring the culinary team to maintain the resort’s reputation for excellence.

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent certification.

  • 5+ years of experience in a luxury 5-star resort or fine dining establishment.

  • All-inclusive resort experience in the Caribbean highly preferred.

  • Must speak creole
     

Salary $72k + Housing
