The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, team leadership, and service excellence. This role requires an individual who can support marketing initiatives, drive guest satisfaction, and assist with financial oversight while upholding the resort’s high standards of dining service.
 

The Assistant Restaurant Manager will work closely with the Restaurant Manager to ensure smooth operations across all food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, lounges, in-room dining, and events.

Qualifications/Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in a food and beverage leadership role within a luxury resort or fine dining restaurant.

  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a high-performing team.

  • Knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control measures.

  • Exceptional guest service and problem-solving abilities, ensuring a world-class dining experience.
     

Salary $37k - $42k
