The Assistant Restaurant Manager will work closely with the Restaurant Manager to ensure smooth operations across all food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, lounges, in-room dining, and events.

Qualifications/Experience:

3+ years of experience in a food and beverage leadership role within a luxury resort or fine dining restaurant.

Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a high-performing team.

Knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control measures.

Exceptional guest service and problem-solving abilities, ensuring a world-class dining experience.
Salary $37k - $42k
